These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://nutricopedia.com (“Platform”), including all purchases, deliveries, and use of our services. By accessing our Platform and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Nutricopedia, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products displayed on our Platform are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or supply issues).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure payment gateways.

  • By submitting payment, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to process your transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery Time:

  • Klang Valley: 1–3 working days

  • Other areas in Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • International: 7–14 working days
    Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Delays:

Delays may occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, movement control, customs inspections, or incorrect contact information. Nutricopedia is not liable for delays beyond our control.

International Orders:

You are responsible for ensuring the products are lawful for import to your country. All customs, duties, and taxes are borne by the recipient. Nutricopedia is not liable for customs delays or charges.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed. For urgent orders, contact us via WhatsApp at +60 10-202 3721 or email: support@nhfonline.com.my.

Self Pickup:

Not available for online orders. Visit our physical NHF stores for in-person purchases.

Cancellations & Returns (after shipping):

Orders cancelled after shipping will incur two-way shipping fees. If product value is lower than return fees, the customer is responsible for the difference.
